What We Fix
The repairs that make a house feel finished again
From a slider that won’t glide to a punch list before closing — done with the care of someone who has solved far more complex problems.
Sliding Glass Door Service
Hard-to-open, dragging, or noisy sliders fixed. Worn rollers replaced, tracks cleaned and aligned, and locks restored so doors glide smoothly and secure properly against salt-air wear.
Drywall & Ceiling Repair
Holes, dents, bad patches, and ceiling stains made to disappear — with careful texture matching and paint blending so the repair is invisible.
Door, Jamb, Lock & Hardware
Sticking or rubbing doors, failed latches, and misaligned hardware corrected. Installation, jamb repair, and lock adjustment for security, privacy, and smooth daily use.
Trim, Baseboards, Caulking & Touch-Up
Gaps, unfinished edges, and damaged trim resolved. Fresh caulk lines and touch-up painting after flooring or painting so the home feels complete, not left mid-project.
Cabinet Hinge & Soft-Close
Crooked, loose, or slamming cabinet doors realigned. Soft-close hinge retrofits restore quiet, even function — without the cost of replacing the cabinets.
Real-Estate & Inspection Punch Lists
Repair items completed before listing, closing, move-in, move-out, or an inspection deadline. One dependable call to clear a punch list on schedule.
Minor Plumbing Fixtures
Running toilets (fill valves & flappers), faucet replacement, garbage disposal reset/replacement, small leaks, and fixture issues addressed before they turn into bigger problems. Handyman-level work only — larger plumbing is referred to a licensed specialist.
Minor Electrical Troubleshooting
Tripped or non-working outlets, faulty switches, and GFI (GFCI) resets and replacements diagnosed and fixed. Handyman-level troubleshooting only — panel work and major electrical is referred to a licensed electrician.

Featured Service
Sliding glass doors that finally glide — and lock
Coastal sliders take a beating from salt, sand, and sun. When rollers wear and tracks corrode, doors drag, stick, and stop locking safely. Charlie services the whole system — rollers, tracks, and locks — so the door works the way it should and your home stays secure.
- Worn rollers replaced with quality parts
- Tracks cleaned, straightened, and lubricated
- Locks and latches restored for security
- Multiple heavy sliders handled with care
