Pricing & Estimate Policy
Fair, honest, transparent, and quality-focused — built around solving the problem well, not being the cheapest name in the phone.
How pricing works
Ocean Edge leads with project-based or flat-rate pricing whenever the scope is clear — so you know the number before work begins. Hourly pricing may be used for open-ended troubleshooting or multi-item punch-list work where the scope can’t be fixed up front.
Estimates from photos
For clear scopes, a rough estimate is often possible right from your photos — no visit required. Complex, hidden, diagnostic, or travel-heavy jobs may need a paid site visit or diagnostic fee, which can be credited toward approved work.

Careful work
